Absolutely loved it ! The only hotel I will stay near the airport. Have amazing customer service and the front desk was so amazing to a friend from out of town. Giving him free water and advice. Super friendly..

Stayed here for a night back in August. Very nice room. Comfortable bed. Got a clean hot shower. Had to catch an early fight so I didn't get to try the hot buffet breakfast. Right next to the airport.

Outdated, uncomfortable, and way too difficult to get to than it should be. I've stayed at airport hotels before, and I know they generally are not the best but this was bad. Room was too warm and never cooled down, pillows that are the size of throw pillows, and a bathtub that has rust at the bottom. Only redeeming quality was the front desk person was nice.

The hotel looked nice from the outside but the inside needs updats. The room had a bad smell and black spots on the ceiling. Cleanliness was lacking. We used disinfectant wipes to clean the surfaces. Twenty minutes in our room and housekeeping walked in without knocking. Made us feel very uncomfortable.

Honestly the stay there was not bad, breakfast was decent. However the same day i checked out of my room #332, i received a $250 charge with no explanation. Upon further inquiry, they charged me a smoking fee! Neither me or my wife smoke honest to god, and we were barely at the hotel unless it was to sleep for a few hours. Also reading the other reviews it appears the room smelling bad is quite the norm here. Disputing this charge as i write this review and will change my review if it is resolved as a mistake. But this is still a major inconvenience and is a red flag for shady business practice.

I love that we were right at the airport for our next day flight. Rooms were clean, staff was excellent. Quiet and was able to sleep. I will be a returning guest here..

I was given a room with a blood stained comforter and bed skirt. There was also a big stain on the bed skirt. My trashcan under the bag was sticky and dirty. I requested on Monday, the first night of my stay to have the soiled items removed …
